| Canada: Recall: Mitoxantrone Injection USP |

Hospira Healthcare Corporation is recalling Mitoxantrone Injection USP containing mitoxantrone 2 mg/mL (lot no.: B024636AAR, B034636AD and C014636AC) as the product may not support the specification results for known impurity prior to expiry. The depth of distribution of the product is hospitals (including pharmacies).
Health Canada classified the hazard level of the recall as Type III, i.e. a situation in which the use of, or exposure to, a product is not likely to cause any adverse health consequences.
