Health Canada announced that consumers were warned not to use the following products as they were found to contain 1, 3-dimethylamylamine (DMAA):
- Plexus Slim Accelerator capsules
- Plexus Slim Accelerator 3 Day Trial pack
These products are promoted for weight loss and they are not authorized for sale in Canada and have not been found in the Canadian marketplace, but it is possible they may have been brought into the country by travellers or purchased over the Internet.
