Health Canada announces that Bausch Health Canada Inc. is recalling one lot of Vitamin A acid gel (Tretinoin 0.01%) (lot number: 8147715) from retailers because the dosage of tretinoin is out of specification in the affected batch:
The product is indicated for topical application in the treatment of acne vulgaris, primarily Grades I, II and III in which comedones, papules and pustules predominate.
