Health Canada announces that Viatrexx (8046255 Canada Inc) is recalling one lot of Viatrexx Ki-Diab Oral Spray (lot number: 21-0127) from retailers because the affected lot contains the medicinal ingredient adenosine triphosphate instead of adenosine cyclic-3', 5'-(hydrophosphate).
