Health Canada announces that Teva Canada Limited is recalling one batch of Teva-Triamterene/HCTZ Tablet (triamterene 50mg and hydrochlorothiazide 25mg) (batch number: 35360453A) from wholesalers and retailers because the assay for triamterene is out of specification in the affected lot and the assay for hydrochlorothiazide is out of trend in the affected lot.
