Health Canada announces that Laboratoire Riva Inc. is recalling one lot of Rivasa 81 mg EC tablet (acetylsalicylic acid 81 mg) (lot number: 3G4865SUK) from retailers because the dosage of free salicylic acid impurity may be out of specification in the affected lot.
The product is indicated for thromboembolism prophylaxis.
