Health Canada announces that CBON Cosmetic Brands of North America is recalling all lots of RefectoCil Lash & Brow Booster Liquid from retailers because product sold without market authorization in Canada and contains undeclared dehydrolatanoprost, a prostaglandin analogue. Prostaglandin analogues are listed in the prescription drug list.
