Health Canada announces that Pharmascience Inc. is recalling 15 lots (lot number: 6E08, 6F07, 6J05, 7B10, 7D05, 6F06, 6H10, 6J06, 6J09, 6K07, 6M11, 7A11, 7A12, 7B11, 7F33) of PMS-Lactulose Syrup 667mg/mL from wholesalers because the medicinal ingredient concentration and pH may be out-of-specification in the affected lots.

In Hong Kong, PMS-Lactulose Solution 667mg/ml (HK-43381) is a pharmaceutical product registered by Trenton-Boma Ltd (T-Boma). As confirmed with T-Boma, the affected batches have not been imported into Hong Kong.
