Health Canada announces that Sanofi-Aventis Canada Inc. is recalling 13 lots of Nasacourt Allergy 24 hr Spray (triamcinolone acetonide) (lot number: 8H162NA, 9H003NA, 7H217NA, 8H088NA, 8H088NAA, 9H014NA, 8H012NA, 8H089NA, 8H161NA, 8H089NAA, 8H089NAB, 8H161NAA, 9H013NA) from wholesalers, retailers and other clients because the impurity in the affected lots is or could be out of specification and or out of trend.
