Health Canada announces that Shoppers Drug Mart\Loblaw Companies Limited is recalling all lots (since July 2023) of Life Brand Magnesium Bisglycinate 200mg Capsule from wholesalers and retailers because the affected lots contain an undeclared ingredient (Magnesium Oxide).
Magnesium oxide is an antacid, a magnesium supplement in deficiency states and has been used for its osmotic laxative properties in bowel preparation.
