Health Canada announces that JAMP Pharma Corporation is recalling one lot of Jamp K8 Tablet Extended Release (potassium chloride 8.0 mEq (600 mg)) (lot number: 800226) from retailers because the dissolution is out of specification in the affected lot..
The product is supplemental oral potassium for the treatment or prevention of hypokalemia, potassium replacement therapy, and electrolyte replenisher.
