Health Canada announces that AA Pharma Inc. is recalling three lots of Elavil FCT 10 MG Tablet (Amitriptyline Hydrochloride) (lot number: TF8594, TF8597, RW8596) and one lot of Elavil FCT 25 MG Tablet (Amitriptyline Hydrochloride) (lot number: TF8600) from wholesalers, retailers and healthcare establishments because the affected lots exceed or may exceed the interim acceptable intake limit for N-nitroso-nortriptyline (NNORT).
