Health Canada announces that London Dairy Supply Ltd is recalling all lots of Cosmonaut Blue Solution (chlorhexidine acetate 0.5%/w/w and glycerine 5%/w/w) from wholesalers because the affected lots contain incorrect medicinal ingredient (i.e. chlorhexidine gluconate instead of chlorhexidine acetate).
