Health Canada announces that Sanis Health Inc. is recalling the following products from retailers and pharmacy because affected lots exceed or may exceed the interim acceptable intake limit for N-nitroso-betahistine:
- BETAHISTINE 16mg Tablet (lot number: 100039203, 100047036, 100053524, 100059890, 100062445)
- BETAHISTINE 24mg Tablet (lot number: 100039462, 100049894)
BETAHISTINE is indicated for reducing the episodes of recurrent vertigo associated with Ménière’s disease.
