Health Canada announces that Galena Pharmacy is recalling 8 lots of 30ml Reduced-Glutathione 200mg/ml (lot number: SES28202, DDO2020, DDO2120, DDO2620, DDS1520, DDAU2520, DDO2620, DDS0120) from retailers because the affected lots were released to market without adequate testing
