Products found to contain undeclared medicines

 
Australia: Safety Advisory: REDDES (or REDDIES) capsules were found to contain undeclared prescription substances sildenafil analogues
 
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has tested a product labelled REDDES and found that it contains the undeclared substances sulfosildenafil and hydroxyhomothiosildenafil (analogues of sildenafil) which are prescription-only medicines. The product poses a serious risk to your health and should not be taken. REDDES capsules have not been assessed by the TGA for quality, safety or efficacy and the supply of the product is illegal. TGA investigations have shown that a number of people in Australia have bought the product online. Consumers are advised to stop taking REDDES capsules and consult your health care practitioner if you have any concerns arising from your use of this product.
