Products found to contain undeclared medicines   Australia: Safety advisory: XXXL Penis Enlarging Ointment was found to contain undeclared tadalafil   The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has tested a product labelled XXXL Penis Enlarging Ointment and found that the ointment contains the undeclared substance tadalafil which is a prescription-only substance in Australia. XXXL Penis Enlarging Ointment poses a serious risk to health and should not be taken. TGA investigations have shown that a number of people in Australia may have bought the product online. Consumers are advised to stop taking the product and consult their health care practitioner if they have any concerns arising from the use of the product.
