The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has tested a product labelled Lieel Icos Cialis tadalafil tablets (as compared to Lilly Icos on genuine Cialis tablet products) and found that the tablets did not contain the stated substance tadalafil and the tablets contain the undeclared substance sildenafil. Consumers are advised that sildenafil is a prescription-only medicine. The supply of Lieel Icos Cialis tadalafil tablets is illegal. Consumers are advised to stop taking Lieel Icos Cialis tadalafil tablets and take any remaining tablets to their local pharmacy for safe disposal, and consult their healthcare practitioner if they have any concerns arising from their use of this product.

In Hong Kong, there are four Cialis tablets products are registered by Eli Lilly Asia, Inc. and manufactured by Lilly SA. All of them are prescription-only medicines. The Lieel Icos Cialis tadalafil tablet as mentioned in the TGA’s announcement is not a registered pharmaceutical product.
