| The United States: Anaconda Premium 500K may be harmful due to hidden ingredient |

The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is advising consumers not to purchase or use Anaconda Premium 500K, a product promoted and sold for sexual enhancement on various websites and in some retail stores.
FDA laboratory analysis confirmed that Anaconda Premium 500K contains tadalafil not listed on the product label.
Tadalafil is the active ingredient in the FDA-approved prescription drug Cialis, used to treat erectile dysfunction. It may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs such as nitroglycerin and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. This is especially concerning for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease who commonly take nitrate-containing medications.
