The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) announced that Bausch & Lomb (UK) Ltd is recalling one batch with number D146 of Tubilux Infected Eyes Eye Drops (Chloramphenicol 0.5% w/v), because the cartons have inadvertently been packed with the Patient Information leaflet for Chloramphenicol 1% w/w Eye Ointment.
