| Canada: Recall: Vyvanse Capsule 30mg |

Shire Pharma Canada ULC initiated the recall of two lots of Vyvanse Capsules 30mg (Lot no.: AD8671B and AD8672B) containing Lisdexamfetamine Dimesylate 30mg per capsule due to some labels missing on product bottles from these lots. The depth of distribution of the product is all wholesalers across Canada.
Health Canada classified the hazard level of the recall as Type III, i.e. a situation in which the use of, or exposure to, a product is not likely to cause any adverse health consequences.
